Residents planting 1,200 bulbs ready for the spring. They were awarded by the Mayor of London.

The first planting session was on Saturday 12^th October: at the front of the estate, along the pathway that goes up to the bus stop on Ferry Lane. The second one was done on Armadale Green on Saturday 26^th October. The third session covered the green area by the football pitches and last bus stop on Jarrow Road on Saturday 2^nd November.
