FLAG has organised tree watering sessions throughout the summer months; the most recent, on Saturday 1st August.  Seven residents turned up to fill up, carry and deliver water to young trees across the estate. This time round, they managed to water all young trees at the top of the estate, along Montrose Walk, on Jarrow Road along the train track and by the bus terminal. 

This was the fourth session since the end of May, carried out on June 24th, July 15th and July 24th. 

Several other residents are taking care of young trees close to their properties (Armadale, railway tunnel and Erskine x Montrose Walk).
