
Following many reports of problems with Royal Mail deliveries, FLAG contacted Royal Mail and our MP, David Lammy back in January 2024.
Service improved for a while, but it dropped; so FLAG reported it again to MP David Lammy at the beginning of February 2026. This is the response he got from Royal Mail, which states ‘all posties handling mail for addresses on the Ferry Lane Estate have been reminded to be vigilant and to take greater care’.
